✓ Opening deposit is $5.00
✓ Student must be present for all deposits
✓ Maximum deposit is $25.00. 
✓ Withdrawals over $5.00 require a guardian to be present.
✓ Quarterly statements are mailed to parent or guardian.
✓ Must be registered student at Burlington, West Burlington, Notre Dame, or Great River Christian School
✓ Account reverts to an F&M Dream Big Savings on 13th birthday.
